Chauffeurs General Terms and Conditions |
| BOOKING |
-
All
bookings are to be made by phone initially with
a fax to confirm or by email

A deposit of 10% per booking is required (30%
for weddings) and is non-refundable (account clients
excluded)

The
balance of any hire is due on completion (weddings
7 days prior to booked date)
-
A refund (less deposit) will only be given with
no less than 14 days written notice (30 days for
weddings)
-
All
bookings are accepted based on the itinerary and
times given by the client, additional time and
mileage will be invoiced at our standard rates
-
A
cancellation fee of 20% of the total booking cost
will apply if notice is received less than 24
hours before booked date and full cost will be charged if less then 2 hours before
-
In the unlikely event that we are unable to comply
with the booking, an alternate vehicle will be
offered or full refund given

| PRICING |
- We
offer fixed pricing and hourly rates as follows:

- Airports
etc. fixed price as quoted at time of booking

Chauffeurs only £20 per hour (your car/insurance)

Chauffeur & car £35 per hour (up
to 150 miles, per 8 hours)
-
Chauffeur & car £20 per hour, plus
£0.90 per mile (e.g long distance)
- Full day hire 10 hours + 150 miles £325
- Half day hire 6 hours + 100 miles £195
- Minimum
hire 2 hours

- Mileage/Hours
are calculated from our Chesham base and back
- Prices
are + expenses/subsistence e.g. parking fees etc.
extra miles at £0.90 per mile
- Insurance
can be arranged to cover your vehicle, the charge
varies
- All
prices are as quoted and agreed at time of booking.
Chauffeurs are not authorised to make changes to
charges.

| CREDIT
CARD PAYMENTS |

Credit card payments incur a 3.5% service charge to
the total. We accept all major cards including
American Express.

| WAITING
TIME |
-
If waiting time exceeds the agreed time allowed
then there will be a charge of £20 per hour
or part thereof
- The
grace period is as follows:

- For
all flight arrivals the first 45 minutes from
landing
-
For pick-ups at home/office etc. the first
15 minutes from booked time
|
|
| OUT
OF HOURS |
- Bookings
for pick-up times between 23:45 – 06:15 and
all bank holidays will incur a charge of 25% to
the price
|
NO
SHOWS |
- The
full price quoted will be charged if there is a
no show including airports
|
| BEHAVIOUR |
-
All passengers are NOT permitted to smoke in any
of our vehicles
-
We reserve the right to invoice the client responsible
for the booking for any damage, repairs, replacements,
valeting to our vehicles or its fixtures
-
All passengers are required to wear seat belts when
fitted
-
The chauffeur may refuse to transport passengers/luggage
if it may cause overloading or if passengers are
disorderly/unfit to travel
-
Although
we will take great care, no responsibility will
be accepted for any loss or damage to luggage/personal
property.
